2. Data we collect

This website is largely static. We only collect data you actively submit (contact forms, newsletter) and basic server logs strictly necessary to deliver the page.

Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent. Stored by our hosting provider Netlify for up to 30 days for security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the service).
Contact forms: name, email and the message you write. Used only to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or lit. f GDPR.
Newsletter: email address, opt-in date. Used only to send the newsletter. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics that fingerprint or track you. If we ever add privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible), we will update this policy and the cookie notice.

4. Fonts

We use the Montserrat font, served directly from our own servers. No data is transmitted to third parties (e.g. Google) for font loading.

6. Storage period

We store your data only as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (typically 6 or 10 years for accounting documents).
